Where we ship to

Beeiviaa delivers to addresses in mainland France only. We do not currently deliver to French overseas departments and territories (DOM-TOM) or to other countries unless expressly stated at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1—2 business days from the date the order is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or Dutch or French public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Standard delivery to mainland France takes 3—5 business days after dispatch. The total expected timeframe from order confirmation to delivery is therefore 4—7 business days.

Delivery costs

Standard delivery to mainland France is free of charge on all orders. No minimum order value applies for free delivery.

Carrier

Delivery is carried out by  or an equivalent carrier selected by Beeiviaa. A tracking number will be provided by email once the order is dispatched.

Customs and import charges

Because orders are dispatched within the EU and delivered to an address within the EU, no customs duties or import VAT are payable by the consumer on orders delivered to mainland France. If this ever changes for a specific order, you will be informed before dispatch.

Risk and ownership

Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, physically take possession of the goods.
