Your 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in France or another EU member state, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) physically receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may:

  • Send a clear withdrawal statement to info@beeiviaa.com.

Returning the goods

After submitting your withdrawal notice, please send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you communicated your withdrawal. The return address is:

 

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot process a refund for returned goods that do not reach us. Please retain proof of postage.

Refund timing

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

In practice, once your return is received or proof of return is provided, we initiate the refund within 1—2 business days. The refund is made using the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the amount may take up to 8 business days to appear on your statement after we initiate it. This operational timeframe does not affect your statutory right to reimbursement within 14 days of your withdrawal notice.

Return shipping costs

  • For returns from mainland France: return shipping costs are borne by 

  • For returns from outside mainland France: return shipping costs are borne by the consumer.

Condition of returned goods

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. You may inspect and try the goods as you would in a physical store, but we may deduct from the refund if the goods show signs of use beyond that level.
